LG Electronics has become the first company to adhere to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) recommendation to have a single number '112' which is emergency call number for all country.
"The Panic button, 112 is a great start and we must proud the efforts of LG Electronics who is developing such technology for the betterment of the society." Union IT and Electronic Minister and Chief guest Ravi Shankar Prasad told media at the launch event.
